We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Enterprise Corporate Programs Manager to partner directly with the Director of Enterprise Corporate Programs in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, visibility, and innovation across key enterprise program categories. This role will support and/or manage enterprise-wide programs, including the global transient travel program, expense management, internal brand merchandise and supplies. Ideal candidates bring a passion for optimizing complex operations and a track record of delivering impactful results in dynamic corporate environments. Demonstrated experience with the successful implementation of a Travel Management Company solution in a corporate setting is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Policy Oversight: Establish and enforce policies ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency across corporate services.
• Vendor Relations: Lead negotiations and maintain high-level relationships with key vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial planning for corporate services, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize program efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to align with organizational goals.
2. Policy Oversight: Establish and enforce policies ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency across corporate services.
3. Vendor Relations: Lead negotiations and maintain high-level relationships with key vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
4. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial planning for corporate services, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Management of budgets that are needed to complete programs and projects.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Provide actionable insights to optimize program efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Management of team and/or external vendors.
7. Facilitate conflict resolutions with business units and suppliers.
8. Utilize tools in order to analyze output of your assigned processes to identify additional opportunities, innovative solutions, performance issues
9. Partner with key leaders across lines of business channels to develop, implement and integrate business solutions to increase the Enterprise Corporate Programs effectiveness.
10. Prepare leaders and teams for new process design and development, or education of the program with minimal risk and focused on optimal experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 8+ years of managing Enterprise Corporate Programs
3. 3+ years in change management, project management with a focus on supply chain management, corporate travel, finance, digital systems or banking
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Strong Data and Financial Skills
6. Negotiation Skills
7. Presentation Skills
8. Proven track record in procurement
9. Keen interest in leveraging innovative solutions to enhance processes
10. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
11. Detail oriented and organized with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
12. Proven track record as a leader within a managed program
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Concur Software
4 days in office/1 day remote.
