    Position: Clinical Social Worker Location: Ithaca, NY

     

    Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Mozaic (a Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our mission-driven team-one that values inclusivity, community, and the dignity of every person.

     

    As a Clinical Social Worker at Mozaic, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional and behavioral well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll provide both individual and group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop person-centered treatment plans. Working closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, you'll help ensure each individual receives holistic, high-quality care. This role also involves participating in ongoing treatment planning, monitoring progress, and contributing to continuous quality improvement across services.

    Pay:

    Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) salary range of $52k-$56k depending on experience

     

    Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) salary range of $56k-$60k depending on experience

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Master's degree in social work

    + Licensed and currently registered as an LMSW or LCSW

    + Experience in facilitating groups.

    + One year of experience working with the developmentally disabled population

    Other Requirements:

    + A valid NYS driver's license.

    + Must be able to communicate and problem-solve effectively with individuals, families, team members, and service providers to ensure the best quality of services.

    + Must pass a federal criminal background check and clearance through the Statewide Central Registry.
