    Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift

    Pay Range: $32-40

    Job Description:

    + Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.

    + Must be self-starter and take initiative on projects.

    + Must work well with cross-functional teams.

    + Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing understanding desired.

    + Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that improve product performance.

    + May help incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.

    + Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.

    + Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

    + Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

    + Hiring Manager would consider early career candidates with a Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology related Degrees and at least 1 year of industrial experience (including internship)

    + Candidates with 2-3 years Manufacturing Experience desired.
