Summary:

The Storeroom Solutions Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring proper inventory management at the customer's facility. This involves monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing warehouse spaces, and managing the replenishment of materials. The role requires excellent communication skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently multitask between customer interactions, transportation/logistics, and warehouse duties.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Clean driving record

+ Able and willing to drive a delivery van in a 2 hour radius of Post Falls

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Proven history in customer service

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3 Years of Storeroom experience

+ Able to build rapport with customers

+ Able to identify standard MRO material

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

+ Task oriented with strong organizational skills

+ Strong Vendor Relationship management

+ Sales problem resolution.

+ Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent

Working Conditions:

+ Office environment as well as warehouse environment (concrete floors) and outdoor conditions (on asphalt, gravel, or grass) including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

+ Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.

+ The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

+ Some travel required

Essential Job Functions:

30% Performing Asset Management Solution functions at existing accounts - Primarily Idaho based (% of time dedicated to this function will increase as more accounts are added)

30% Delivering material to customers

20% Warehouse work - stock put away, receiving, creating ship confirmations to prepare orders for delivery

10% Developing implementation plans, Leading implementation of new storerooms, and Onboarding new AMS customers (% of time dedicated to this will decrease after new account goals are reached)

10% Backfilling VMI route during other Storeroom Specialist absences
