    Job Description

    An employer in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst. This person will be responsible for supporting 100-150 end users and be responsible for setting up and imaging employees new laptops and desktops, backing up data, and moving machines from one domain to the next. Candidate will also be helping upgrade memory and SSD drives along with replacing outdated hardware. This person needs to be comfortable interfacing with users both in person and remotely. Candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication, as well as a great customer service attitude. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers a pay range of $25-$30/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4+ years experience in a desktop support role

     

    Experience with active directory

     

    Hands on troubleshooting experience (hardware and software)

     

    Migration experience (ideally Win 10 to Win 11)

     

    Experience re-imagining PCs PC build out/hardware experience

     

    Enterprise level experience

    Excellent written and verbal communication Previous O&G, Liquids, or Gas industry experience null
