    - Support efforts to harmonize key performance metrics by helping define consistent metric definitions, dimensions, and data sources.

    - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for both front-end (dashboards/visualizations) and back-end (data infrastructure) components.

    - Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable reporting outputs.

    - Conduct deep-dives and exploratory analysis to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and support operational initiatives.

    - Partner with DEs to troubleshoot data issues and contribute to the improvement of data pipelines and infrastructure.

    - Build and maintain documentation such as metric catalogs, data dictionaries, and report guides to improve self-service capabilities.

    - Communicate findings and recommendations through clear, data-driven narratives in written and verbal formats to business stakeholders.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
