    As a Structural Concrete Estimator, you will earn a salary of $60,000-$120,000 (Depending on Experience), which is paid weekly. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO).     QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STRUCTURAL CONCRETE ESTIMATOR

    + Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field: or equivalent 3-5 years minimum of similar construction experience.

    + Self starter with excellent time management skills, interpersonal/customer service skills and extremely detail oriented

    + Works well in team environments. Ability to efficiently multi-task.

    + Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, GC's, as well as project owners.

    + Proficient in all estimating processes including, but not limited to, bid invitations, quantity takeoffs, applicable unit rates, estimating software's, understanding plans, and specifications after review..

    + Proficient in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, and Estimate (B2W).
