Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team remotely from Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes, coordinating testing efforts, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be a subject matter expert for quality processes and tools used within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Scope/Strategy
• Coordinate and oversee project test planning and execution
• Develop, maintain and execute test cases accurately and efficiently, evaluating the results against expected outcomes
• Retest resolved defects with each release, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and measurements
• Participate in Quality reviews, validating requirements, architecture diagrams, acceptance criteria and other related documents
• Assist in enhancing our current testing methodology and establishing appropriate quality gates
• Communicate project status to all relevant parties, anticipating and addressing project obstacles
• Coordinate and participate in post-implementation reviews
• Assist with the planning, development and execution of test automation and performance tests
• Review and validate team member test cases and test results as needed
• Maintain Quality Tools as needed, identifying areas for improvement and implementing standards for Quality. Requirements • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role in software development
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Working knowledge of Citrix Technologies
• Ability to work with Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with DELL EMC Technologies
• Experience with Dell Technologies
• Understanding of AB Testing techniques
• Expertise in Active Directory operations
• Demonstrated skills in Automation processes
• Proficiency in AWS Technologies
• Experience with Backup Technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
