Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Ontario, CA. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR environment while managing key administrative and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in bilingual communication, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate expertise in California labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processes, including reviewing timesheet reports and uploading data into Oracle systems.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, including break regulations and other employment standards.
• Assist with recruiting efforts and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support employees in Southern California with HR-related inquiries and tasks.
• Coordinate monthly employee engagement activities to promote workplace culture.
• Plan and execute quarterly town hall events to foster team collaboration and communication.
• Utilize HR software such as Ceridian, Concur, and ATS to streamline administrative workflows.
• Conduct audits and background checks to maintain compliance and accuracy in employee records.
• Provide guidance on benefit functions and assist employees with enrollment and related queries.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address and correct timesheet discrepancies.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
• Proficiency in bilingual Spanish communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and HR software systems.
• Proven understanding of California labor laws and compliance standards.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Oracle and Kronos.
• Ability to organize and execute employee engagement and town hall events.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and relevant procedures.
• Knowledge of benefit functions and compliance requirements in HR operations. TalentMatch®
