Robert Half is partnering with Brookfield, WI area client in the recruiting for an Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of their Brookfield area location. This role is vital to ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently while supporting the broader needs of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing office responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimize team productivity.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring that resources are available as needed.
• Support property management and real estate brokerage activities by assisting with relevant documentation and processes.
• Utilize Yardi software to manage property-related operations and data.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve administrative issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment for both staff and visitors.
Requirements • Proven experience in office administration, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Proficiency with Yardi software and other office management tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with property management or real estate brokerage practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
