    Description

    UX Designer

     

    Duration: 4–6 Month Contract

     

    Schedule: 40 hours/week

     

    We’re seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team for an onsite contract in Irving, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs

    + Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate design direction

    + Conduct user testing and research to gather insights and continuously improve design solutions

    + Apply UX best practices and current trends to develop engaging and accessible interfaces

    + Build and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across projects

    Requirements

    Top 3 Must-Haves

     

    + Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile projects

    + Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

    + Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams (Agile experience is a plus)

    + Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS (not required but a bonus)

    + Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG

     

    Skills & Tools

     

    + Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

    + Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to turn complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences

    + Experience with design systems and responsive design

    + Organized and deadline-driven with strong attention to detail
