Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Temple City, CA. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to vital financial operations while expanding your expertise in accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with established policies.

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate accounting records, including ledgers and financial transactions.

• Process accounts payable and receivable by managing invoices and payments efficiently.

• Reconcile financial accounts, including bank statements, to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Organize and maintain financial documents and records for easy access and compliance.

• Assist in payroll preparation and distribution to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.

• Support billing processes and invoice management to maintain smooth operations.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure the integrity of financial information.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle to manage financial data. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and managing accounts payable and receivable.

• Familiarity with billing and invoice processing tasks.

• Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed financial records.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
