Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will contribute to the financial success of our organization by providing in-depth financial analysis, creating insightful reports, and supporting operational and strategic initiatives. This position is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with operational goals.

• Conduct audits in collaboration with external firms, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Analyze store performance metrics, including sales, labor, food costs, and customer behavior, to identify meaningful trends.

• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports for operational and executive team use.

• Collaborate with General Managers and Operations teams to enhance their understanding of financial performance and implement improvements.

• Contribute to reporting and analysis for new location openings, special events, and other strategic projects.

• Manage data integration and accuracy across inventory, accounting, and related systems.

• Provide actionable insights that support improved service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Assist with various ad hoc assignments, including occasional travel to restaurant locations as needed.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Familiarity with Sage 100 software is a plus but not required.

• Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
