Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract role suited for a detail-oriented legal expert with expertise in managing cases, drafting legal documents, and handling complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work independently while delivering exceptional results in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation and counsel in civil litigation and mass tort cases.

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents using document management systems.

• Utilize case management software to organize and track case progress effectively.

• Conduct research and prepare briefings for legal proceedings, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Handle consumer complaints and claims with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Manage discovery processes, including the collection and review of relevant documentation.

• Participate in litigation processes, including class action lawsuits, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborate with teams to address legal issues related to consumer electronics and other specialized areas.

• Ensure timely and accurate administration of claims and complaints.

• Stay updated on legal trends and provide insights to improve case strategies. Requirements

• Active and in good standing with PA bar

• Proven experience in civil litigation and class action cases.

• Familiarity with case management software and document management systems.

• Strong legal writing and briefing skills.

• Knowledge of discovery processes and legal research techniques.

• Ability to handle claim administration and complaint resolution efficiently.

• Expertise in mass tort litigation and consumer-related legal matters.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage complex legal cases.
