    REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT ANALYST - APPLEGATE/JUSTIN'S (BEDMINSTER, NJ)

    RESPONSIBILITES:

    The Revenue Growth Management Analyst will report to the Manager of Revenue Growth & Strategic Analytics. This position will provide analytics-based insights on market pricing, portfolio elasticity, promotional performance, & price pack architecture (PPA), all with the goal of delivering profitable growth for Emerging Brands. Executes and supports short-term strategy initiatives.

     

    + Leads the development of promotional insights to better inform our cross-functional team on the impact of trade events by utilizing post-event analysis, pricing studies, promotional models & other tools.

    + Tracks, evaluates and shares insights on trade strategy changes against planned assumptions.

    + Assists with development of the ROI measurement model to be able to communicate the relative impact of different Marketing, Ecom, & trade levers.

    + Provides strategic insight to the RGM & SA Manager related to price pack architecture pipeline development, namely price ladders, price/value curves, shopper insights (where applicable), & channel strategy.

    + Responsible for reporting & dashboarding of internal and competitive pricing to understand changes and potential impact to our portfolio.

    + Works with the RGM & SA Manager to develop key pricing insights and provides recommendations on these insights for additional commentary before publishing out to the sales organization. Acts as a strategic advisor to sales customer strategy plans.

    + Partners with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand Marketing & Insights team) in the development of strategic projects as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required

    + A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    + Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing/sales strategy experience in CPG industry.

    + Experience working with syndicated data sources (Circana, Spins, NielsenIQ).

    + Experience with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Curiosity & a pattern of initiative.

    + Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.

    + The ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.

    + Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Excellent time management skills.

    + Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

    At Applegate, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $77,300 - $108,200 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
