This role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, or NYC.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
As Audience Operations Senior Manager II, you will play a critical role in driving growth for the LinkedIn business. You’ll collaborate with many cross-functional stakeholders, investing time to communicate and drive positive change across the organization. You are detail-oriented and have demonstrated experience with campaign optimization, digital marketing, change management, audience segmentation and targeting, navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and delivering strategy. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Audience & Data Operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner with Data Science and Marketing Technology teams to contribute to their roadmaps and the development of models and solutions
+ Devise and implement processes to maximize team efficiency
+ Lead change management both within and outside the team for new initiatives
+ Own roadmaps and operations of large innovative programs for the organization
+ Recommend and execute strategic initiatives for the Audience Operations Team
Basic Qualifications:
+ BA/BS Degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or equivalent work experience
+ 8+ years of experience in marketing/analytics roles
+ 5+ years of experience with SQL/Hadoop/Python
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Growth mindset, curious, self-aware, and passionate about continuous improvement
+ Strong attention to detail and project management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
+ Understanding of the fundamentals of GAI and LLMs and its applications for Marketing organizations and teams
+ Experience with Trino
+ Experience with Basic command of Unix commands/shell scripting
+ Proven aptitude for assimilating new technologies and processes
+ Proven ability to break down and diagnose issues, then identify and rapidly deploy solutions
+ Excellent communications skills; able to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language for senior and executive-level management and various stakeholders
+ Great collaboration skills to connect and problem solve with a wide set of cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, design, and data science teams
+ Experience with ad-hoc and automated scripts, including data integration with CRM or marketing automation platforms
+ Experience with Statistical analysis, reporting (eg, Tableau), AI, and Machine learning models is a plus

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $144,000 to $224,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
