    Duties and Responsibilities

    Under the general direction of the Associate Athletic Director of Health, Wellness and Sport Performance, Head Team Physician and Head Athletic Trainer, the Associate Athletic Trainer is responsible for assisting:

    + In the overall care and management of all student-athletes.

    + The primary sport responsibility is Women’s Basketball with oversight of Spirit Teams.

    + Licensure and CEU allotments will be provided.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic training or related.

    + 3+ Years collegiate work experience

    Qualifications

    • 3 + years collegiate work experience

    • Experience with basketball

    Certificates/Credentials/Licenses

    • Board of Certification in Athletic Training certification

    • Possess or eligible to possess State of Illinois Athletic Training license

    • CPR / AED for the Professional Rescuer certification

    Computer Skills

    + Microsoft Office.

    + Industry-related software
