    Job Title: Carbon Composite Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carbon Composite Technician to join our team. This position focuses on the lamination of carbon fiber automotive parts using advanced infusion processing techniques.

    Responsibilities

    + Fabricate and adjust precision carbon fiber components using tools like calipers, die grinders, drills, sanders, air saws, and rivet guns.

    + Prepare and execute resin infusion processes, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to achieve optimal results.

    + Ensure familiarity with resin infusion systems, vacuum bagging, and related equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in working with composite materials and carbon fiber.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

    + Experience with epoxy resins and adhesive techniques.

    Work Environment

     

    Our facility is meticulously maintained, ensuring a very clean and modern work environment. The position operates on a 1st shift from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the expectation of flexibility for overtime as needed.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
