    Administration and Finance is dedicated to effectively and responsibly planning, managing, and accounting for Massport’s financial resources.     ABOUT YOU

    As Capital Budget Manager, you will be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with a strong financial acumen. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies for tracking the financial aspects of the Capital Program, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. With excellent analytical skills, you will prepare detailed reports, manage budgets, and provide guidance on financial matters. Adept at collaboration, you will liaise with various departments and external stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving and adaptability are essential for resolving disparities and implementing process improvements. Overall, you will play a pivotal role in managing finances effectively and driving the success of the organization's capital projects and grant initiatives.

    What you will do:

    + Develop and implement financial tracking policies for the Capital Program.

    + Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of program finances.

    + Manage capital expenditure oversight and budget allocations.

    + Facilitate grant management processes and liaise with relevant stakeholders for funding opportunities and reporting.

    WHAT YOU OFFER

    + Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience.

    + 5-7 years of finance or economics experience, including complex analysis and policy development.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills, adept at cross-unit collaboration.

    + Expertise in accounting treatment of capital expenditures, database and spreadsheet proficiency, advanced economics, and mathematics knowledge.
