Position: Dietary Nutritional Services Aide/Relief Cook

Required Skills:

+ Ability to follow written and oral instructions

+ Proficient in large quantity food preparation, cooking, estimating quantities of food required

+ Must have working knowledge of hospital kitchen procedures

+ Ability to organize time and prioritize assignments under deadlines

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ 1 - 2 years experience in institutional cooking

+ Food handler protection course preferred
