Our client, a leading engineering company, is seeking a Design Engineer to join their team. As a Design Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting product development and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Design Engineer
**Location** : Olive Branch, MS
**Pay Range:** $40-$45/hour
What’s the Job?
+ Perform design work on Power Take-Offs (PTOs) using 3D CAD modeling and engineering analysis tools
+ Provide technical input for team reviews and write documentation for procedures and technical reports
+ Offer hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations
+ Balance multiple projects and assignments while collaborating across departments
+ Participate in cross-functional team efforts to meet project and production goals
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
+ 5–10 years of relevant experience (minimum 5 years of direct design experience)
+ Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, FEA, and general mechanical design
+ Gear design experience is a plus
+ SAP experience is highly preferred
+ Must meet export compliance eligibility requirements (ITAR compliant)
