Job Description
An employer in the San Diego, CA area is looking to add a team member to support the San Diego site in Sorrento Valley. This hire must be able to deal with executives, work with surgeons, and
- Support up to 200 users - remote / on-site
- Manages the DTS Support team. Support HW, troubleshooting HW, level 1 dev, user apps
- Ground up and deploying to the organization
- Maintain user experience
- Advocate main technology
- Ideal candidate will support globus - 200 user base and have a little more exp with the Networking side of things
- AV Support that needs to be leveraged
- Some networking experience
- EXP working in a ticketing system
- Product - service desk - Remote management system
- Experience in asset / inventory management system
- Dealing with the end users - resolving issues/networking

Skills and Requirements
- Years of exp: 2-4 years of experience in the field
- Asset and inventory management experience
- Will be the only support role in San Diego, so will need to be effective and independent
- Serve as support to ensure that business system issues are well documented and routed to the correct support group
Windows Environment running Windows 11, Windows 10
- White glove mentality and ability to deal and connect with executives - Experience with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware software
- Degree in a related field
- Certs: A+, C+ null
