Northrop Grumman Defense Sector is seeking a Facilities Inventory Representative. This position will be located in **Roy, Utah** and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division.
What You'll Get To Do:
+ • Plans utilization of space and facilities for company consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds.
+ Ensures Facilities Materials are appropriately and accurately inventoried, managed and maintained through all phases of inventory management, including the development of a digital tool of record for inventory management.
+ Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
+ Plans, directs and manages all phases of facilities modification and building projects from establishment of design concepts through design and implementation.
+ Performs routine repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance inspections of office facilities and equipment.
+ Ensures project requirements are defined, contract and contract changes are negotiated, operating budgets established, and financial terms/conditions of contract are identified.
+ Acts as primary contact for facilities, project activities and leads project reviews of cost, schedule and technical performance.
+ Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets and schedules. Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing project scope.
+ Able to test, inspect, troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment, using sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications.
+ Communicate inventory status and needs to relevant stakeholders.
+ Works closely with Facilities staff, suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications
+ Candidate must have 5 Years of experience with Bachelors; 3 Year with Masters; 1 Year with PhD.
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
+ Candidate must have a valid driver's license to drive company facilities vehicles.
+ Candidate must be able to adapt and work well within a fast-paced environment.
+ Candidate must be able to help with organizing and inventory management of materials (can lift 20+lbs).
+ Candidate must be able to analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
+ Candidate must be able to perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records and identify material disposition.
+ Candidate must be able to receive and process incoming inventory, as well as process outgoing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior experience and knowledge with L2L.
+ In scope active DOD Secret clearance or above.
+ Prior Northrop Grumman experience in Facilities and Construction.
+ Prior Northrop Grumman experience in facilities, space planning, construction management, and integration.
+ Familiarity with facility layouts, drawings, and schematics.
+ Experience supporting Northrop Grumman or government contracting/DoD facilities.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all stakeholders and SDS leadership.
+ 5+ years of ICBM experience
Salary Range: $71,600.00 - $107,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
