Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The Customer Service Representative will be instrumental in supporting customers and the sales team by processing and data entry of orders, creating purchase orders, maintaining customer records, managing customer inquiries and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer orders and quotations

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain product information, pricing, and availability

• Maintaining customer records

• Order entry and managing of credit memos

• Collaborating with manufacturers to expedite orders when necessary

• Assisting the sales team by tracking orders, managing delivery schedules, and responding to customer requests

• Providing customers with product information, technical support, and recommendations

• Assisting in the creation of sales materials and promotional campaigns with the marketing team

• Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams

Requirements

• Associates degree and minimum 2 years of related work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior experience supporting a fast-paced sales environment with the ability to handle multiple projects

• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRM software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
