Description We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Lead Coordinator specializing in Contracts and Pricing to join our team in Weston, Florida. In this role, you will handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales activities while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This is a Long-term Contract position that offers the opportunity to work independently, applying your expertise to support sales, service, and logistics functions.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with sales and service teams to address pre-sales and post-sales requests.
• Manage and monitor a shared inbox to ensure timely responses and efficient communication.
• Process invoices for billable customers, including time and materials as well as rental agreements.
• Draft return on investment reports to support the sales team in making data-driven decisions.
• Perform insightful data analysis to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Assist with logistics-related tasks, gaining cross-functional knowledge to support the team.
• Create and maintain accurate service contracts and address customer questions regarding contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards while handling pricing and deal structures.
• Work independently, applying sound judgment to prioritize tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide support in materials handling and related administrative functions as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, and systems related to contracts and pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service inquiries in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate insightful reports.
• Experience with invoicing, including billing for time, materials, and rental agreements.
• Knowledge of logistics and materials handling processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
