Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and maintain financial models aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

+ Examine multi-brand and multi-location financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities, bolster revenue growth, and optimize profitability.

+ Create profit and loss forecasts, scenario planning tools, and financial models for initiatives like new store openings, menu updates, and promotional campaigns.

+ Consolidate financial and operational KPIs across restaurant concepts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

+ Present findings during monthly financial reviews, delivering strategic insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

+ Support the annual budgeting process and assist in long-term financial planning through in-depth modeling and analysis.

+ Contribute to capital planning, debt structuring, and financing strategies to back company expansion efforts.

+ Design and automate dashboards for streamlined reporting and improved decision-making.

+ Prepare quarterly board presentations, highlighting financial results and offering strategic recommendations.

+ Assist with month-end close processes, financial reviews, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A), preferably within hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and building complex Excel-based models.

• Proven ability to navigate and simplify complex organizational structures, such as franchises or multi-concept brands.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and financial systems such as Oracle EPM or Hyperion SmartView.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Familiarity with capital management, cash flow analysis, and preparing board-level presentations is a plus.
