Description We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions. This role requires a strong grasp of architectural principles, modern development practices, and emerging technologies. Based in West Trenton, New Jersey, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on transformative projects that align technology with business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise technology solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Develop and document architectural patterns across various levels, including logical, physical, and operational design.

• Lead technical evaluations and create proofs of concept for new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals and objectives.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into scalable, innovative solutions.

• Promote best practices in software design, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Manage the integration of APIs, messaging frameworks, and third-party services into enterprise systems.

• Provide hands-on leadership for large-scale projects and strategic initiatives.

• Engage with vendors and partners to ensure SLA commitments and accelerate project timelines.

• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure alignment with long-term business strategies. Requirements • At least 15 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on object-oriented technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and web application frameworks.

• Proficiency in .NET and/or Java technologies with hands-on coding and prototyping experience.

• Solid understanding of APIs, messaging frameworks, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with tools like Atlassian Jira and GitHub.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
