    Description

    We are on the lookout for a diligent Property Administrator to be a part of our team. The position is located in Charlestown, Massachusetts, 02129, United States. As a Property Administrator, you will be tasked with managing appointments, reviewing income details, validating information, and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions. The role also involves dealing with residents, with a particular emphasis on understanding the dynamics of dealing with senior citizens and families. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and manage appointments for residents

    • Review and verify income details and associated documentation

    • Ensure the confidentiality of resident interactions and information

    • Handle paper filing and electronic documentation with organization and efficiency

    • Deal compassionately and effectively with residents, both seniors and families

    • Use Accounting Software Systems and CRM for data management

    • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks

    • Manage billing functions and budget processes using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

    • Ensure all management system tasks are handled with accuracy and efficiency

    • Send out verification of resident information as needed

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

    • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential

    • Ability to use CRM effectively is a must

    • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is necessary

    • Experience with Management Systems is required

    • Capability to perform Accounting Functions is essential

    • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

    • Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must

    • Ability to handle Billing Functions is required

    • Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential
