General Production Associate

Adecco currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate in De Pere, WI. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the operation of machinery, equipment, and material handling within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

2. Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.

3. Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring machine guards and safety features are functional.

4. Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as necessary.

5. Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

6. Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance within the work area.

7. Adhere to all work location rules and procedures.

8. Perform additional operations assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

+ Basic math and communication skills.

+ Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
