Job Title: Metal Worker (1st Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled metal worker to join our team in the aerospace manufacturing sector. This role involves working with sheet metal to perform tasks such as deburring, trim-drilling, and routing using pneumatic air tools, band saws, and wheel grinders.

Responsibilities

+ Deburr and trim-drill sheet metal components to precise specifications.

+ Perform routing tasks using pneumatic air tools.

+ Operate band saws and wheel grinders efficiently.

+ Ensure high-quality production and fabrication of aerospace parts.

+ Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in assembly and fabrication.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.

+ Ability to work with production and manufacturing procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with MIG welding is a plus.

+ Familiarity with interpreting blueprints preferred, but not mandatory.

+ Experience in aerospace sheet metal work is advantageous.

Work Environment

You will be working in an aerospace sheet metal forming house, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. The role is a first shift position, providing a stable work schedule in a specialized facility focused on quality and innovation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Gardena, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
