Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team with a blend of supervisory and hands-on responsibilities. This role requires a candidate who can effectively manage maintenance personnel while also being involved in the technical aspects of maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

+ Lead maintenance team with a focus on 90% supervision and 10% hands-on tasks.

+ Input and submit work orders to ensure seamless operations.

+ Coordinate machine downtimes to optimize productivity.

+ Direct maintenance personnel and establish daily schedules.

+ Enter data into the CMMS program for efficient tracking.

+ Supervise maintenance technicians working on blow molding machines, electrode welders, conveyor lines, and KUKA robots.

+ Manage maintenance tasks involving pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, drives, valves, cylinders, pumps, and various other equipment.

+ Perform maintenance on forklifts and lifting equipment as required.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V single and three-phase.

+ PLC troubleshooting or programming experience is advantageous.

+ Lift up to 50lbs as necessary.

+ Conduct general shop clean-up tasks as needed.

Pay/Shift/Additional Information:

+ Shift: 1st

+ Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
