Job Description
Job Summary: Delivers procurement issue resolution services to Supply Chain operations staff, business partners, and suppliers. Provides Tier 1 support in the Issue Resolution group by receiving, documenting, and resolving inquiries, issues, and requests from direct access by phone and e-mail. Provides operational procurement services to business partners in the Tier 1 Transactions group. Reviews purchase requests, determines the proper method for fulfilling the request, and completes the purchasing activity for basic requests on behalf of business partners. Refers complex issues to higher tier group members for assistance and/or resolution. Supports tracking and reporting of performance metrics to deliver effective and efficient customer support. Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Resolves basic issues related to the procurement and delivery of services and materials. Leverages the knowledgebase system information and knowledge of processes. Provides day-to-day support of procurement programs and basic Supply Chain Procurement and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) system administration support. Escalates more complex issues and requests to higher tier group members as appropriate. Helps maintain good relationships with business partners and suppliers through high-level customer service while supporting the category strategies established by Strategic Procurement. Collaborates as needed with the Supply Chain center of excellence (COE), Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events, projects, and other initiatives to address recurring issues, improve efficiency, and improve satisfaction.
Hard Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field OR 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 52 Weekly.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Columbus, Ohio and some days remote.
Work Environment
Supports Supply Chain operations staff, business partners, and suppliers through high-level customer service in a collaborative environment with the Supply Chain center of excellence, Strategic Procurement, and business partners.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.74 - $29.74/hr.
