We are seeking a highly organized and autonomous Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in managing and organizing large volumes of import and export documents. This position is ideal for someone looking to build their resume with a well-known consumer products company.
Responsibilities
+ Retrieve documents from SAP and liaise with brokers to obtain necessary documentation.
+ Create organized charts and tables in Excel to track and manage documents related to shipments.
+ Gather import documents, invoices, and packing lists from SAP, and collect export documents from both the system and brokers.
+ Maintain a detailed table/chart listing each document, its tracking number, and organize related documents in folders.
+ Handle a high volume of documents, with around 1000 invoices to be analyzed and organized.
+ Prepare and submit packages to CBP, ensuring all documents are in order for approval.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for document organization.
+ Exceptional organizational skills to manage and organize large volumes of documents.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Experience in data entry and analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with imports/exports is preferred but not mandatory.
+ SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment
This role is based 100% in-office in a very nice corporate office in Lenexa. The company offers a great contract opportunity and a resume-building experience. They take great care of their contractors, providing first-day care packages and fostering a team-oriented environment. Additionally, during the summer, contractors work 40 hours a week with the benefit of finishing at 12 PM on Fridays, provided they have completed their hours and work commitments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
