The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Baker to join our team at Hundredfold American Brasserie, opening soon in Belmont Park Village in Elmont, New York. As a Baker, you will prepare the bakery products at Hundredfold American Brasserie and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

$23.00 - $23.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards

+ Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens

+ Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly

+ Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines

More about you

+ Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements

+ Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

+ Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions

+ Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
