What you´ll do

+ Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Brand Artists/ Ambassadors to develop and execute Education collection shoot

+ Lead post-production and digital asset management including video tutorials, social media content, and still photography

+ Create and develop class curriculum content

+ Partner with Sales Directors on Education forecasting and planning

+ Manage and own the Education booking requests from start to finish to ensure a flawless execution

+ Manage the Education budget and Educator invoices effectively

+ Drive professional upskilling by planning and executing the bi-annual Educator trainings

+ Support the production of large-scale events and industry tradeshows by managing artists, educators, models, and the run of show

What makes you a good fit

+ 5+ years of experience in professional beauty education or training

+ A strong understanding of professional and consumer education needs.

+ Experience designing and delivering engaging technical education programs and curriculum.

+ Strong knowledge of digital education tools, e-learning platforms, and content creation for social media and online channels.

+ Comfortable with video production, live streaming, and interactive learning experiences.

+ Passion for leveraging digital innovation to expand education reach and impact.

+ Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

+ Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and digital teams to drive business objectives.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Willingness to travel within the US (up to 30%)

+ Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, Zoom and digital learning tools.

The salary for this role is **$85,000.00 - $95,000.00** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
