As the Logistics & Configuration Analyst (Navy), you will bea partofTeam Submarine,located in Washington,DC. Serco supports the US Navy for their Team Submarine contract in the maintenance, sustainment, and disposal of in-service submarines.TheTeamSubmarineconceptunifies once diverse submarine-relatedactivities intoa single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipestructuresand processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, andmaintenancecommunities.TeamSubmarine provides improvedcommunicationamong thevariousoffices that contributetothe overall success of the UnitedStatesSubmarineForce.

In this role,** **you will:

+ Coordinate withvarioussubmarineIn-ServiceEngineeringAgents (ISEA),operational and logistic stakeholders,to understand full scope of change proposals.

+ Disseminateinformation, answerrequestsfor informationtoConfiguration Control Boardstakeholders for adjudication of changerequests.

+ Follow through on change implementation across Program systems and logistics chains (tech manuals, supply chain documentation, e.g.)

+ Collaborate with team members and NAVSEA clients to collect and analyze data.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

+ Active or CurrentDoD Secret clearance.

+ US Citizenship.

+ Bachelor's degreein abusiness or technical field.

+ An Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience or a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

+ 5years of experience (Experienceinengineering/science management,operations research analysis, orarelevant field highly preferred)

+ Significant focus on attentiontodetail and comfortable with technical details.

+ Experience leadingaprojectandinterfacing with an enditemcustomer.

+ Ability to work a Hybrid Schedule (3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days from home depending on Customer Needs)

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Additional desired** **experience** **and skills:

+ SharePoint experience.

+ Experience with Navy acquisition and Submarine Programs.

+ Active-Duty Experience in the submarineservice.

+ Recentexperience inTeamSubmarine would be ideal.

+ Familiar with DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages).

+ Familiar with OMIS (Obsolescence Management Information System).

+ Familiar with NIIN (National Item Identification Number).
