Experienced Administrative Assistant

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has openings for an Experienced Administrative Assistant.

Qualified candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and have the following skills:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Warehouse Experience required

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel

+ Ability to respond to and resolve administrative inquiries

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to think analytically

+ Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various departments

+ Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities

+ Ability to work independently and reliably

+ Ability to maintain confidential information

+ Three to five years of experience in an administrative role

These additional skills are not required but are beneficial

+ The ability to communicate in Spanish

+ Accounting experience

+ HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge
