Sales and Estimator – Manufacturing

Dubuque County, Iowa

Compensation: Dependent on professional working experience

Direct Hire

As a Sales and Estimator, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the accuracy of project estimates. You will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing accurate estimates for projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits package.

What you get to do (in a snap-shot):

+ Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates based on client requirements in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and machining.

+ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

+ Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

+ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets

+ Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients

+ Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects

+ Use and maintain a CRM Program and follow up with customers on all quotes.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

+ Proven track record of success in sales (preferably) in a manufacturing or production setting.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

+ Education: High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate)

+ Ability to travel as needed
