    Draper, Inc. is currently recruiting for full-time assembly job openings in our factory. The starting pay rate will be $22.08 per hour. If the position is on night shift, there is an additional $.50 per hour night shift premium. The standard schedule for day shift is 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Night shift is 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Both shifts work overtime as needed.

    Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and have good motor skills and hand dexterity.

    + Solid work history.

    + Detail oriented.

    + Adaptable, a quick learner, and able to work in a team environment.

    + Able to work overtime during our peak season
