Job Overview

1st Shift Automation Tender

**Hours:** 1st shift 5:00 am – 1:20 pm with mandatory overtime to 3:20 pm and Saturdays as needed.

**Wage:** $23.44/hour plus excellent benefits

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Utilize a variety of mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.

+ Set dies in all automatic presses.

+ Load material into cradle and spindle.

+ Adjust feeders and straighteners for each job.

+ Configure electrical sensors and feeder stops.

+ Use various measuring and inspection tools, including micrometers, rulers, verniers, and gauges.

+ Operate a forklift safely.

+ Produce sample parts for Quality Team inspections.

+ Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ Proficiency with mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.

+ Experience setting dies in automatic presses highly encouraged.

+ Competence in adjusting feeders, straighteners, and electrical sensors.

+ Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, rulers, etc.).

+ Forklift operation experience is a plus.
