    **Location:** Denver, Aurora, Broomfield, & Englewood CO

    **Rate:** $19.00-$22.50/HR

    Available Schedule:

    + Mon - Wed: 10PM - 6AM & Thurs - Fri: 11PM - 7AM

    + Mon - Fri: 7AM - 3PM

    + Thurs - Mon: 5:45AM - 1:45PM

    + Wed - Sun: 1:45PM - 9:45PM

    + Tues - Wed: 6AM - 6PM & Sat - Sun: 2PM - 10PM

    + Sat - Wed: 11PM - 7AM

    **_Securitas Security_** is looking for security professionals to join our team in providing overall safety and security for our clients. These positions require a high level of patience, and ability to de-escalate situations in a calm and professional manner. Prior security experience is highly preferred but not required.

    What Your Day May Look Like:

    + Conflict resolution and De-escalation.

    + Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.

    + Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

    + Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.

    + Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.

    + Provide detailed written witness reports.

    Position Requirements:

    + 18 years of age or older.

    + High School Diploma or GED Required.

    + Standard computer / technology skills needed - The ability to utilize a tablet, computer or smartphone.

    + Customer service background preferred.

    + Security experience a plus.

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.

    + Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.

    + Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone).

    + Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).

    + Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

    + Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

    + Must be able to effectively write detailed reports.

    + With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

    + Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Security Officers

    + Required to utilize rapid and effective judgment in responding to unusual or emergency situations using appropriate escalation of force level.

    + CPR, AED, and First aid certifications are a plus but are not needed for every site.
