Job Description:

This position is 40 hours per week with weekly schedule as follows:

Week 1: 11:00am-7:30pm- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Week 2: 11:00am-7:30pm--Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

**Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations.

Salary Range:

$20.30 - $26.87 an hour

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

**Education:** HS Diploma or GED; A.A.S. Degree preferred; or equivalent experience

**Experience:** **2-3 years clerical experience** ; **preferably hospital-based.** Supervisory and leadership experience with proven positive communication skills preferred.

**Skills:** Exceptional performance reviews, excellent communication skills and demonstrates Highland Promise Standards. Medical terminology. Advanced computer skills and the capacity to master additional advanced skills. Deep-rooted commitment to the team approach in all department related activities, excellent communication skills and high level of personal accountability.
