To provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Here are some of the duties and responsibilities of a Server:

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.

• Replenish food stations and clear dinner tables.

• Provide wine service.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.

• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.

• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.

• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.

• Ability to handle and/or lift and move min. 20 lbs. to a height of 5 feet

• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.

Job Summary

Ensures the execution of all events during their shift. Quickly responds to the needs of staff and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.

+ Stocks, cleans, and maintains the catering facility and equipment.

+ Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
