    Description

    TruStile is transforming interior design with high quality, made-to-order, well-designed interior doors. We are hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate TA Partner to join our team.

     

    The Associate TA Partner is responsible to source, attract, and extend offers to top talent to meet the current and future needs of the business. Partners with hiring managers to identify target skill sets and culture fit of candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions within the company, the majority of positions being high volume recruiting of entry level manufacturing associates.

    + Partner with hiring managers and HR Team to understand business needs and create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, specifically in the manufacturing industry.

    + Ensuring efficient and high-quality candidate experience with posting jobs, sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, executing offer letters, pre-employment screening, and facilitating new hire orientation.

    + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process at every stage within an applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    + Partner with Enterprise Talent Acquisition Team when needed to leverage social media and web-based recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates.

    + When necessary, manage and facilitate the process with temporary agencies.

    + Assist employees and the HR department with Company programs, such as recognition and engagement programs.

    Requirements

    + 0-2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

    + Must be able to effectively maneuver within Company systems, HRIS and ATS systems.

    + Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, from entry level to senior management.

    + Eager to own the recruiting function between both TruStile facilities and partner with our parent company, Marvin on projects.

    + Must work well within a diverse workplace, handle challenges that arise with respect.

    Salary Description

    55,000 -70,000 DOE
