Our client, a leading organization in the IT sector, is seeking an Information Center Clerk to join their team. As an Information Center Clerk, you will be part of the IT department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Information Center Clerk

**Location:** Austin, MN

**Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Receive in and store company personal computer equipment – new and used.

+ Prepare equipment for disposal, recycling, or donation.

+ Ship personal computer equipment and peripherals to users at Hormel locations – breakfix devices.

+ Maintain timely accurate inventory records using the Ivanti Service Manager computerized system.

+ Charge out new computer equipment monthly in Oracle Financials that was ordered by our department by users.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

+ Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2:30 pm.

+ Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and equipment.

+ Effective communication skills for customer contact regarding equipment returns.

+ Basic computer skills for hardware maintenance and provisioning tasks.
