    Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program/Project Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Global Financial Crimes Technology, supporting various project teams.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive results, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead large scale programs/projects with multi-discipline project team members.

    + Uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.

    + Communicate the importance of technology program governance and controls effectively.

    + Ensure accurate and transparent program/project status reporting through various mediums.

    + Act as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and line of business teams.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 7+ years of experience in technology Program and/or Project Management in the financial services industry.

    + Experience serving as an intermediary between business and technology.

    + Familiarity with Audit or PMO Governance, Risk, and Control roles.

    + Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivots.

    + Practical knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies.
