    An American multinational mass media and entertainment company is actively looking for a detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join their team in the Englewood Cliffs, NJ location. It is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion. This role is 100% on site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm so local candidates are required.

     

    This exciting opportunity offers a positive work environment, strong culture, and potential for growth and skill development. As the Sourcing Manager, one will be responsible for compiling information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Visio, Database, PowerPoint, Skilled with Excel Macros/formulas, Atlassian Jira, Slack, Figma, Zendesk, Snap System, Basware, Purchase Manager and Smartsheet.

    + Must be able to work under pressure on a very fast-paced tech environment.

    + Must be a strong team player and self-motivated learner with a problem-solving attitude with excellent communications skills.

    + Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with no less than 2 years' experience.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

    Daily Responsibilities

    + Manage all Licensing software, professional services agreements (Order forms, SOW, MSA and POC/Trial Agreements) for NBC News Group Digital under Product & Design, Technology, and Growth and Operations team.

    + Assist on the transition from NBC News to SpinCo for CNBC, MSNBC, and E! on all duplications of agreements.

    + Prepare detailed licensing VMO dashboard to assist on our new launch of our VMO platform.

    + Manage your Jira Kanban board and submit all requests via tickets creation and attend daily team stand up meetings.

    + Lead tax exempt initiative for all licensing and subscription agreements.

    + Synchronize Market Data existing agreements into our current VMO Master Dashboard.

    + Create and manage dashboards for supporting business units (CNBC, NEWS, TODAY, MSNBC, and TLMD) for all licensing software and subscription agreements.
