Description
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to drive adoption of sales processes, tools, and initiatives across our Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) organization. This role will be instrumental in transforming how our global sales teams operate and adapt to new methodologies.
Key job responsibilities
We're seeking a leader who is passionate about driving mission-critical programs with an ability to take large, complex problems/projects and break them down into manageable pieces. Ability to relay and accept feedback, operate with high judgment, and analyze ever-changing data are required. Your ability to influence without authority will be key to your success.
• Design and implement comprehensive change management frameworks and methodologies for major sales transformation initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic change programs
• Lead the development of change management strategies and solutions for AWS’s enablement organization
• Create and maintain stakeholder engagement models across regions and business units
• Measure and track adoption metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize change initiatives
• Build and manage a network of change management professionals across key regions
• Drive standardization of change management frameworks and best practices across globally dispersed teams

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in change management, sales operations, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale change programs
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellence in executive communication and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Change management certification (PROSCI, CCMP, or similar)
- Experience with sales methodology implementations
- Knowledge of sales technology stack (CRM, Sales Enablement platforms)
- Experience in the technology industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
