    This position is responsible for managing the Division’s prework and preparation with SAP implementation. Will follow a standard implementation roadmap and governance requirements, collaborating with Corporate SAP and Groups/Divisions resources on implementation, tracking and reporting of defined project tasks in support of successful Division’s SAP implementation.

     

    This Position Does Not Have Direct Reports

     

    Position reports to the Enterprise Director of SAP Organizational Change Management

    Essential Functions

    Deliver assigned projects in accordance with the Parker SAP Roadmap methodology.

     

    Act as a liaison between Groups/Divisions and the Corporate SAP team to advance Divisions through the early phases of the SAP Implementation Roadmap.

     

    Coordinate with the division and supporting resources to identify business process gaps in relation to standard SAP processes and facilitate Kaizen initiatives for transitioning to these standards.

     

    Collaborate with divisions to initiate SAP trainings to prepare for SAP implementation.

     

    Support the division’s data cleanup efforts in coordination with the SAP data team.

     

    Assist the division in transitioning to the SAP Deployment and Advisory Team for deployment.

     

    Provide feedback to improve Roadmap documentation continuously.

     

    Identify and report high-level project risks and resource constraints with recommendations for resolution to sponsors.

     

    Capture project progress and deliver clear dashboards to stakeholders regarding overall program status and achievements.

    Qualifications

    + A Bachelor’s degree is required.

    + A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

    + Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

    + Proven ability to perform essential project management functions.

    + Demonstrated strength in leading change; experience with Lean or Kaizen is preferred.

    + Strong understanding and practical knowledge of change management principles.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from various Divisions, Groups, and cross-functional teams.

    + Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications.
