Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a leading company in the utilities industry in Midland, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to grow your career. The role involves interacting with customers, managing service requests, and performing data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.

• Dispatch technicians to address service requests efficiently.

• Create and manage service tickets to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Generate and process invoices with attention to detail.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records.

• Oversee inventory management by tracking and updating equipment details.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

• Utilize email correspondence to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.

• Support the Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.

• Proficiency in data entry and 10-key typing skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

• Ability to manage service desk tickets and vendor invoices.

• Strong communication skills for email correspondence and customer interactions.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes.

• Capable of working occasional Saturdays as part of the schedule.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
